Jon joined Castel as Head of IT in December 2021.
With 30 years experience leading IT Teams within the insurance industry. Jon has previously worked at Aston Lark, GAB Robins and Claims Management Group which has given him a broad experience in the industry, leading significant technological change and business growth.
In his spare time, Jon enjoys travel, listening to a wide range of music and spending time with his family.
